How the Orcheri Alpha uses your information

What stays on your computer

Orcheri is a desktop application. Your Rooms, conversations, memory, decisions, files and your agents' work stay on your computer. This service never receives them.

Your AI agents — Claude Code, Codex or Cursor — send your work to their own providers under your own accounts, exactly as they do without Orcheri. That traffic is between you and them.

What this service keeps

When you apply: your email address, the name you give, which agents you use, your short answer about how you would use Orcheri, your Windows answer, and the two optional choices below.

When you have an account: your account ID, your email address, when it was verified, and the sign-in provider's identifier for you. Your password is held by the sign-in provider, never by Orcheri.

When we write to you: the message's purpose, the address, and whether it was delivered or bounced. Invitation codes and emailed links are kept only as one-way fingerprints.

For security: a record of what operators did, and short-lived counters that limit repeated requests. These hold no message text and no codes.

Your choices

Two things are optional and off unless you turn them on: launch news by email, and taking part in optional Alpha product-learning activity. Neither affects your application or your access, and you can change either at any time from your application or account page.

Messages about your own application, invitation, account and support are sent because you asked for them. They are not marketing and carry no tracking.

How long it is kept

An application whose email is never confirmed is deleted after 30 days. Answers on a declined or withdrawn application are removed after 90 days. A waitlisted application is reviewed after 12 months.

Account records are kept while they are needed for your access. The operator record is kept for 12 months. Database backups are kept for no more than 30 days.

The Orcheri Alpha is operated by the entity and contact named at the end of this notice. To see, correct or delete what we hold about you, or to ask anything about it, write to the privacy contact.
